NEXT GEL™* is a revolutionary ready-to-pour premixed solution of acrylamide, bisacrylamide, gel buffer and SDS that enables ultra-fi ne resolution of protein bands superior to other commercially available products.

The unique acrylamide matrix of NEXT GEL™ slows the progression of proteins, eliminating the need for a stacking gel. This not only saves time, but also permits the proteins to run across a longer gel surface resulting in increased resolution. The proprietary chemistry of NEXT GEL™ has gradient-like properties, which enables the separation of small peptides and high molecular weight proteins in the same gel.

NEXT GEL™ has been formulated to obtain batch-to-batch consistency, reliable and improved protein separation for critical analysis. This system is fully compatible with standard SDS-PAGE applications such as 1D & 2D gels, Western blot transfer, protein sequencing, MALDI analysis and common stain methods.
